All orders are processed within 3–5 Business Days after successful payment confirmation or order verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional confirmation before dispatch.
  • During high-demand periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • Other Cities/Towns: 7–9 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 to ₹79
  • Express Shipping: ₹99 to ₹149
  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

Final shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).

You may use the tracking number provided to monitor shipment progress directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Failed Delivery Attempts

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if items are missing:
