At Zyvira, privacy is part of customer trust. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you browse our Shopify store, place an order, communicate with us or use a related service.

Please read it together with the privacy controls shown on the website. The exact information processed may depend on the features, payment options and applications active when you interact with the store.

Section 01

Policy scope & who is responsible

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit zyvirastyle.com, place an order, create an account, contact us, submit a review or otherwise interact with Zyvira.

For personal information collected through the Zyvira store and direct customer interactions, Zyvira determines why and how that information is used, except where a separate service provider independently controls its own processing.

By using the store, you acknowledge this policy together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Plain-language promise: We aim to collect only information reasonably connected to operating the store, serving customers, protecting transactions and meeting legal obligations.

  • Emails, WhatsApp messages, support chats and call-related information you provide.

Section 03

How information is collected

We may receive personal information:

  • Directly from you when you browse, order, register, contact support, join a campaign or submit content.
  • Automatically through Shopify, cookies, pixels, server logs and similar technologies.
  • From service providers such as payment, delivery, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising and customer-support partners.
  • From advertising or social platforms when you interact with Zyvira campaigns or use a platform feature to contact the store.

We may combine information from these sources where permitted to keep records accurate, provide support, understand store performance and reduce misuse.

Section 04

How we use personal information

We use personal information for purposes reasonably connected with operating Zyvira, including to:

  • Provide the website, cart, checkout, customer account and other store functions.
  • Verify, process, pack, ship and deliver orders.
  • Confirm payments, manage COD or partial-COD verification and prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Send order confirmations, invoices, dispatch updates, tracking and service messages.
  • Respond to questions and manage returns, refunds, exchanges, complaints and disputes.
  • Personalise store content, remember choices and improve products, navigation and customer experience.
  • Measure traffic, campaign performance, conversion and operational reliability.
  • Send promotional communications where permitted and manage opt-out preferences.
  • Protect customers, Zyvira, Shopify and partners from abuse, security threats and unlawful activity.
  • Maintain financial, tax, audit and legal records and respond to lawful requests.

Section 05

Consent and permitted processing

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process personal information based on your consent, steps you request before or during a transaction, fulfilment of an order, compliance with law, protection against fraud and security threats, or another purpose permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through the available privacy control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before the withdrawal and may limit services that depend on the information.

Providing information is generally voluntary, but some details are necessary to create an order, take payment, arrange delivery or respond to a request. Without those details, we may be unable to complete the relevant service.

Section 06

Shopify platform and store hosting

Zyvira’s online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the commerce infrastructure used for storefront functions, checkout, order management, hosting, security and related services.

Information may be processed through Shopify systems and approved Shopify applications. Shopify may also process information under its own privacy terms where it acts independently, including for platform security, fraud prevention and services selected by merchants or customers.

Store privacy controls, including cookie and consent features where available, may be configured through Shopify and integrated services.

Section 07

Payments and financial information

Zyvira does not directly store complete debit or credit card details. Payment information is submitted to the payment method or gateway displayed during checkout.

Payment providers may collect account, card, UPI, wallet, banking, device and verification information under their own terms. Zyvira normally receives transaction information such as payment status, reference details, risk signals and the amount paid, rather than complete card credentials.

For Cash on Delivery or partial-COD orders, information may be shared with payment, verification, courier or communication partners as needed to confirm and complete the order.

Section 08

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The store and selected partners may use cookies, pixels, software development kits, local storage and similar technologies.

How these technologies may be used

  • Essential: secure checkout, authentication, fraud prevention, cart and core store operation.
  • Preference: remembering language, location, consent and browsing choices.
  • Analytics: understanding traffic, product interest, errors, performance and conversion.
  • Advertising: measuring campaigns, limiting repetition, creating audiences and showing more relevant promotions where permitted.

Available choices can be managed through the store’s cookie or privacy controls and through browser or device settings. Blocking essential technologies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.

Section 09

When information is shared

We may share limited personal information with service providers and other recipients where necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Shopify and approved Shopify applications.
  • Payment processors, banks, COD verification and fraud-prevention services.
  • Courier, fulfilment, logistics and address-verification partners.
  • Cloud hosting, security, customer support, communication and email providers.
  • Analytics, search, advertising and social-media platforms, subject to applicable choices and settings.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers and authorities where legally required.
  • A buyer, investor or successor in connection with a genuine business restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Providers are expected to use information only for authorised services or their separately disclosed lawful purposes.

Section 10

International processing and transfers

Shopify and some service providers operate across multiple countries. As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside India or outside the country where you are located.

Where cross-border processing occurs, we use the service within the applicable legal framework and rely on contractual, organisational or technical safeguards where required. Privacy and government-access rules may differ between countries.

Section 11

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

  • Completing orders, delivery, support, returns, refunds and disputes.
  • Maintaining tax, accounting, payment and business records.
  • Detecting fraud, enforcing agreements and protecting legal rights.
  • Meeting statutory, regulatory, audit and platform requirements.

Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely archived, subject to backup and legal-retention processes.

Section 12

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Measures may include restricted access, secure Shopify infrastructure, encrypted transmission where supported, account controls, monitoring and carefully selected providers. No website, network or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers should keep account credentials and one-time passwords confidential and contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorised activity involving a Zyvira order or account.

Section 13

Your privacy rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, verification and permitted exceptions, you may ask to:

  • Receive information about personal data processed by Zyvira.
  • Access or obtain a summary of relevant personal information.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion where retention is no longer required or legally permitted.
  • Withdraw consent or opt out of promotional communication.
  • Raise a grievance about how personal information has been handled.
  • Nominate another person to exercise rights where applicable law provides for it.

To protect customers, we may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority and the relevant order or account. Some requests may be limited where records must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Section 14

Marketing communications

Where permitted, Zyvira may send product updates, offers, reminders or campaign messages through email, SMS, WhatsApp or advertising platforms.

You can stop promotional email using its unsubscribe link or contact us to change your preference. Platform-level controls may also be available for SMS, WhatsApp and advertising.

Opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional messages such as order confirmation, payment, dispatch, delivery, return, refund, security or customer-service updates.

Section 15

Children’s privacy

The store is intended for adults and is not designed for children to make purchases independently. A person under 18 should use the store only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for independent account or marketing use. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information without appropriate involvement may contact us for review.

Section 16

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in technology, Shopify services, business operations, privacy choices or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel where required.
