By visiting the website, opening an account, placing an order, submitting information or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website and services.

By using our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the website with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and one-time passwords confidential.
• You accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, unless prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict or close an account that contains false information, creates security concerns, violates these Terms or misuses our services.

We aim to present our fashion jewellery accurately and clearly. Product availability, quantities and collections may change without notice.

• All products are subject to availability when an order is verified and accepted.
• We may limit purchase quantities per person, household, address, account, payment method or order.
• We may discontinue, replace or update products at any time.
• Product colour, scale, shine and appearance may vary slightly due to studio lighting, photography, display settings and normal production variation.
• Dimensions and weights are approximate unless expressly stated as exact.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, offers and availability accurate. However, typographical errors, technical errors, omissions or outdated information may occasionally occur.

We may correct or update information, refuse or cancel affected orders, and take other reasonable corrective action. Where required, we will communicate material changes and process eligible refunds.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless another currency is clearly stated. The amount payable is the final amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges, taxes or fees.

• Prices and offers may change without notice before an order is placed.
• A price change after order confirmation will not normally affect that confirmed order, except where there is an obvious error or legal requirement.
• Compare-at prices, savings and promotional messaging may reflect limited-time offers.
• Shipping is free on eligible orders above ₹799; orders of ₹799 or below may carry a shipping charge shown at checkout.

An order confirmation or payment receipt acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch. Orders remain subject to availability, payment confirmation, address verification and fraud-prevention checks.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability or inventory mismatch.
• Obvious pricing, content or listing errors.
• Failed payment, suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
• Incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable customer information.
• Unusual bulk, reseller or abusive purchasing behaviour.
• Legal, regulatory, security or operational restrictions.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be initiated for refund to the original payment method, subject to normal banking and payment-provider timelines.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

• You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• Payment approval, failure, reversal or delay may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible pincodes, customers and order values.
• Partial COD, advance confirmation or additional verification may be required before dispatch.
• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD shipments may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

Orders are dispatched from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We aim to dispatch most confirmed orders within 24–48 hours. Estimated transit is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier network.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
• Delays may occur because of courier operations, high order volume, holidays, weather, public restrictions, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and serviceable delivery address and reachable contact number.
• Risk of loss or damage passes as permitted by applicable law after successful delivery to the address, authorised recipient or location confirmed by the courier.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

• An eligible return request must generally be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• A clear, continuous unboxing video may be required to support claims relating to damage, missing items, wrong products or tampering.
• Items must meet the condition, packaging and eligibility requirements stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
• Change-of-mind returns may be accepted where the published policy permits.
• For accepted returns, Zyvira arranges or bears return shipping as stated in the policy.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, after which the final credit timing may depend on the payment provider or bank.

If these Terms and the dedicated Return & Refund Policy differ on a return-specific issue, the dedicated policy will apply to that issue, subject to applicable law.

Discount codes, gifts, bundles, loyalty benefits, contests and promotional offers may carry additional eligibility rules, validity periods, minimum order values, exclusions and redemption limits.

• Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined.
• Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion affected by error, abuse, fraud or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Returns may affect discount eligibility, free gifts or the refundable amount.

You must not use the website or services:

• For an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose.
• To violate applicable laws, regulations or the rights of another person.
• To submit false information, impersonate another person or conduct unauthorised transactions.
• To introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, scraping tools or unreasonable traffic.
• To interfere with website security, payment systems, access controls or normal operation.
• To copy, reproduce, republish, resell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
• To harass, threaten, discriminate against or harm our team, partners, customers or other users.

We may investigate misuse, preserve relevant evidence, restrict access and cooperate with lawful authorities where appropriate.

The website and its content—including the Zyvira name, logos, product photography, graphics, layouts, text, videos, designs, icons, software and other materials—are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Zyvira and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access the website for personal shopping and lawful, non-commercial use. No ownership right is transferred to you.

If you submit a review, photo, feedback, suggestion, question or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Zyvira a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that submission for website operation, customer service, product improvement, marketing and related legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, promotional, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

Our website may rely on or link to services provided by Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners, analytics providers, social platforms and other third parties.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, Zyvira is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, security or acts outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory guarantee, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyvira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, inability to access the website, third-party services or use of products in a manner inconsistent with provided guidance.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyvira, its owners, personnel, affiliates and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

Our collection, use, storage and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that website operation, checkout, payment, fulfilment, support and fraud prevention may require lawful processing of relevant information.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the website or services where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, prevention of abuse or enforcement of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification and governing law—will continue to apply.

• Severability: If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• No waiver: A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing your use of the website and services, except where separate written terms apply.
