At Zyvira, every artificial jewellery and imitation jewellery order is packed with care. If something is not right, our return, exchange, and refund process is made to be clear, simple, and customer-friendly.

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Please contact Zyvira support as soon as possible if you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or unsuitable product.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items. Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within the return window if the jewellery is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Unboxing Video Required

A clear opening or unboxing video is required for damage, wrong product, missing item, or quality-related claims. This helps us verify the issue and resolve your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, damaged-after-use, altered, or mishandled jewellery is not returnable. For hygiene and safety, jewellery must be unused and kept in its original condition.

Return Shipping Cost

For approved return requests, Zyvira will take care of the return shipping cost. Our support team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Refund Method

Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Partial COD orders, the prepaid amount may be refunded to the original method and COD amount may be refunded through UPI or bank transfer.

  3. 3. Approval & Pickup Once approved, Zyvira will guide you for return pickup or return shipping.
  4. 4. Refund or Exchange After inspection, refund is processed within 5–7 business working days or exchange is arranged if stock is available.
Important: Please keep the jewellery, packaging, invoice, pouch, box, and accessories safe until your return request is completed. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition for approval.
